What Dena will not do

Dena never makes banking decisions or moves money. It organises and explains information, and a human reviews anything consequential.

  • Dena organises and explains banking information. It does not give financial advice and does not recommend a product, a lender or a loan.
  • It does not move money, does not open, close or operate accounts, and does not submit anything on your behalf.
  • Every pack it prepares is reviewed and submitted by a person: the human review step is required, not optional.
  • It does not assess eligibility or decide an application — only the bank does that, on its own criteria.

What Dena does
